Today, at Beirut HQ, Information Management Limited announced that the public beta of Carla 2010 will become available later this year, and revealed the application’s enhanced control and management features for the first time. IML also disclosed packaging information that increases the number of Carla 2010 editions to three.

Carla 2010 is the most significant release of Carla in over a decade. The features of Carla 2010 will enable teams and organizations of all sizes to control and manage the communications benefits and costs in their environment.

Carla 2010 builds on the Carla2007 foundation with flexible solutions and the right query and reporting tools for the communications cost and benefit control centres, and includes a pathway for a seamless centralized Call Accounting for enterprises with thousands of active lines and extensions spread across the world..
