This entry is for the coffee addicts, and especially those of the Italian predisposition: I am talking about the espresso lovers, those who cannot imagine a day without the bitter creamy froth titillating their palate. A french company has designed a "handy pocket percolator" that will keep you happy and caffeine saturated, even on a lonely mountain trail.
All you need is some elbow grease (to push the percolator pressure to 16 bar, same pressure as the coffee shop espresso machine), some very hot water (saved in a "Thermos"™) and the right coffee capsule. You are all set for a coffee to write home about (as soon as you are within reach of civilization!)
